Hoe kan ik op Webmail een automatisch "out of office" bericht instellen?

Ik heb een probleem met het versturen van mail:

SMTP-fout (550): Ontvanger "oktay@oktavium.nl" kan niet toegevoegd worden (User account (u48089p48603) is not allowed to send emails anymore. The
account has probably send spam. Please check your email usage in
DirectAdmin. E-Mail delivery blocked.)
